Please consider your readiness to take this exam before proceeding. It is very important that you read the information posted on the course exam HOME PAGE.

 

1~ You will be first directed to complete evaluation questions for this course. After responding to each evaluation question, click on the "Submit Exam" button. This can be confusing, because by clicking on the "Submit Exam" button while in the "Evaluation" section, you are only submitting the evaluation portion that you just completed. If you are done with the evaluation, go ahead and click on the "Submit Exam" button.

 

2~ Upon submitting your responses, you will then have the opportunity to click on the "Exam Center" link, where you will be able to access the next file in the sequence, which contains your exam questions. Click on the "Start Exam" link or the Continue with the exam link. The "Exam Center" link can also be accessed using the link on the yellow panel located on the left of your screen.

 

There is only one correct answer for each of the questions. You may change your response(s) at anytime before you hit the "SUBMIT" button located on the last screen of the test. Your exam remains ungraded as long as you do not click on the “SUBMIT” button for that exam. If you leave your exam (leave the site) before clicking on the “SUBMIT” button, it will remain ungraded, however, the questions may be scrambled when you re-enter the site, so printing the pages of your exam for ease of use is recommended. Please remember to PRINT a hard copy of your exam before clicking on the "SUBMIT" button.

 

3~ Your exam results will be e-mailed to you. If you receive a passing score, you will also receive an official certificate as an attachment to your e-mailed result. Please print this certificate for your records. You may also want to keep a printed or electronic copy of your e-mailed response.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Exams must now be completed within 6 months either

(1) from the date of purchase of an exam taken online  OR

(2) from the shipping date of a an exam taken on paper. (The expiration deadline stamped on all paper exams will be 6 months after the day the paper exam is shipped).
