In collaboration with George Fritsma, CACMLE is administering post-course exams based on educational material available on the educational website The Fritsma Factor. Each exam that is successfully completed (score of 80% or more) will provide 0.5 contact hours.

 

Ready to take an exam? Please click on the links below for specific information about our exam on line website.

 

Once you've completed the check out, you will be automatically directed to the exam.

 

Please take the time to complete the course evaluation first. Upon submitting your responses, you will be re-directed to the "Exam Center" where you will be able to access the next file in the sequence, which contains your exam questions. Click on the "Start Exam" button.

 

Results will be e-mailed to you, along with an e-mail attachment of a printable certificate of completion.

If you've reviewed one of George's educational modules on The Fritsma Factor, please go to the catalog on the CACMLE Exams On-Line website administered by Coursewebs.com: CACMLE Exams On-Line Course Catalog.

 

Find and select one of the available post-course exams titled, "Fritsma Factor Coagulation Module..." and click “Add to Cart”. During checkout, you will be asked to create your own User ID and Password. If you already have a profile on the CACMLE Exam On Line system, then just re-type in your User ID and Password to re-enter the system and complete your transaction. In order to purchase and access specific exams, you will be asked to type in the Validation Code (Exam ID Code). For the Fritsma Factor, the codes are as follows:
